A different kind of conversation

My mother and I were talking the other day while she was cooking dinner. I was watching and decided that I would bring up the topic that had been on my mind for quite some time now.

Being a stay at home mom.

This conversation went alot better than I had expected!

I told her that when I was married and I thought I was pretty well set up, then I would want to be a stay at home mom/wife. She was pretty much flabergasted at first, but then came to the realization that I had pretty much already made up my mind!

She then continued to ask me if I wanted a lot of kids and I confidently said yes. Well how many she said. Oh I dont know, maybe five or six! I have their names already made into an acronym!

That's where that conversation ended and the acronym is still unknow to her...

Why Do I Do This?

Why do I study all hours of the night?

Why do I put up such a fight?

I do it because one day I will celebrate new baby born.

And, one day help a family mourn.

It makes me have courage and determination.

It teaches me how to handle my dissatisfaction.

Some people will curse or bless you.

But every day they will teach you something new.

That is why I study all nght.

And, why I put us such a fight.Because one day, a Nurse I will be.

To help people like you and me.

It makes me happy! Anything that comes in pink is automatically my favorite thing!

I would just like you to know that you are a phenominal friend! We have had rought times and really good times. And no matter where life leads us we will always have each other to lean on. We have had so many great times together this pas year. I am super glad we both chose the dirty Mark Allen Hall South and became friends. Throughout the two semesters we have gone through trials and tribulations that made our friendship stronger and I am thankful for that!

I hope you have a great summer!! I can't wait until we get to start new adventures in the fall semester! We have so many things that were left undone this spring and we need to make sure that no rock is left unturned and no emergency room not visited in the great metropolis of Safford/Thatcher!!! You are an amazing person and I can't wait to plan your "He liked it so he put a ring on it" engagement party
and zoo animals baby shower(s)!! I can't wait for us to gossip about everything under the sun and cruise down main to The Wear in Ruby!! I love you bestie!! Call me, text me, facebook me, whatever!!

Going Home (the British flag doesn't mean Britain is home)

I leave for home on May 16th!! My flight actually leaves in less than NINE HOURS!!!! I cannot sleep cause I am so excited. I am staying at the Black's house tonight and they are taking me to the aiport in the morning!

Tonight Brother Black took us all to a steak house for Pamela's birthday! It was the coolest place! It had an old west theme. There was an indoor section and an outdoor section. There was a live band and two LIVE RATTLESNAKES in a tank. Creepy!! The food was delicious and we had a british waitress!!

The drive back to the house was hilarious! We all gossiped like Nuns!

Great night and going home in the morning!
